A leading global professional services firm is looking to appoint an Equity Incentives Senior Manager to join its growing team, advising a portfolio of listed companies, multinational groups and high-growth businesses on the design and implementation of share plans and equity reward strategies.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced share plans specialist who enjoys client-facing advisory work, leading complex projects, and helping organisations design reward structures that attract and retain top talent.
The RoleYou will work as part of a specialist team delivering technical and commercially focused advice on equity incentives to a wide range of clients across multiple sectors.
Your work will include: Advising clients on the design, implementation and operation of equity incentive and share plan arrangementsLeading complex consulting engagements and managing project deliveryActing as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within client organisationsSupporting business development activities, including proposals and client presentationsIdentifying opportunities to expand client relationships and grow accountsCoaching and developing junior members of the teamWorking on multi-jurisdictional assignments with international teamsAbout YouThis role would suit candidates currently working within a Big 4 or Top 10 firm, law firm or large multinational with strong experience in equity incentives / share plans.
