If you have proven experience working as a Senior Insolvency Administrator, this could be an ideal opportunity to advance your career. Ideally they are seeking someone who is ACA /ACCA / CPI qualified, but relevant experience without these qualifications will also be considered. Working with senior members of the team including partners, you will be gain exposure of the different turnaround, restructuring and advisory solutions this firm offer.
As Assistant Manager, you may be required to manage junior members of the team and you should enjoy working on highly complex projects involving much collaboration and creative problem solving. Other key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of cases with minimal supervisionReporting on case progression to the management teamRuning accelerated marketing campaigns for business salesLiaising with solicitors and agents comfortablyAgreeing creditor claims and paying dividends to creditorsManaging external stakeholder relationships, ie. creditors, employees, directors, and shareholdersDesired Skills & Experience: Previous corporate insolvency and restructuring experienceExcellent communication skillsEffective delegation and multitasking skillsEffective project management skillsGood understanding of the legislation governing the roleExperience with IPSExperience with Virtual Cabinet, desirable but not essentialGood AcademicsCPI qualified, desirable but not essential if strong proven previous insolvency experience.
