Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize and build a high-caliber employment tax team, reflecting your unique approach.
- Secure premium clients, capitalizing on the firm’s employment law platform to expand tax mandates.
- Advise on technical employment tax issues: IR35 compliance, PAYE/NICs optimization, and tax-efficient reward structures.
- Recruit and mentor talent, cultivating an innovative, results-driven team culture.
- Partner with employment law experts to deliver seamless, high-value solutions.
- Monitor HMRC regulations and author thought leadership to boost firm visibility.
Requirements:
- 6-7 years’ PQE minimum in employment tax, with proven client-winning ability.
- Expert knowledge of UK tax regimes (PAYE, NICs, IR35, benefits taxation).
- Strong leadership and practice-building skills, with a growth-oriented mindset.
- CTA/ATT or legal qualification (essential).
- Strategic, networked, and entrepreneurial profile.
