We are excited to be working with this award-winning professional services firm who specialise in providing high quality tax, legal and operational advice on both UK and cross-border employment matters. Clients include UK headquartered businesses ranging from public companies with global footprint to smaller privately owned, often PE or VC backed organisations.
They are interested in talking to experienced Employment Lawyers (5+ PQE) who will be keen to participate in the firm\’s on going growth plans.
Requirements to be considered for this role:
- An experienced lawyer (contentious and non-contentious employment law) OR Existing Senior Lawyer / Partner with a following would also be of interest.
- Previous experience working within a City International law firm, or specialist boutique firm, with ability to demonstrate a rounded commercial approach.
- Possess an entrepreneurial approach and strong track record of business development and client management skills.
- Cross-border experience would be advantageous to assist with advising international organisations with their human resources across borders.
- Strong technical ability is a pre-requisite.
