A leading global professional services firm is looking to appoint an Equity Incentives Senior Manager to join its growing team, advising a portfolio of listed companies, multinational groups and high-growth businesses on the design and implementation of share plans and equity reward strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced share plans specialist who enjoys client-facing advisory work, leading complex projects, and helping organisations design reward structures that attract and retain top talent.
The Role
- Advising clients on the design, implementation and operation of equity incentive and share plan arrangements
- Leading complex consulting engagements and managing project delivery
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within client organisations
- Supporting business development activities, including proposals and client presentations
- Identifying opportunities to expand client relationships and grow accounts
- Coaching and developing junior members of the team
- Working on multi-jurisdictional assignments with international teams
About You
This role would suit candidates currently working within a Big 4 or Top 10 firm, law firm or large multinational with strong experience in equity incentives / share plans. You will likely have:
