Our client, a London based UK consulting firm, is looking to hire a Director / Partner for their Broad Base (Reward) Team. The role requires considerable experience in Reward Consulting. About the Role The focus of the role will be to develop reward strategy and help with the design of performance related and pay arrangements; advising companies on total reward strategy, broad based incentive design, job architecture, pay equity as well as performance management and performance related pay. Providing advice to clients in the following areas: Total reward strategy reviews, including both monetary and non-monetary benefits which support and drive the business strategy and culture and talent priorities. Designing and implementation of broad-based incentive frameworks. Design of job architecture to help organisations create stronger links between the approach to compensation and job families, levels, and grades. Design and implementation of performance management frameworks. Responsibilities You will also play a key part in helping to build the practice and develop the team. Required Skills Proven experience in total reward strategy design and implementation, performance management and understanding of wider HR practices. Experience in winning, developing and maintaining client relationships, ideally within a consulting environment. A professional and pro-active approach, to deliver client service that meets our client’s exceptional standards.
