Senior Manager – Reward Consulting

Harvey Sutton is partnering with a leading global professional services and consulting firm to appoint a Senior Manager into its growing Reward Consulting team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced reward professional looking to take on a senior, client-facing position within a highly regarded consultancy. The role is focused on broader reward, although experience within executive compensation would also be beneficial.
The Role
You will work with a range of major organisations, advising senior stakeholders and delivering complex reward projects across areas including:
- Total reward strategy and design
- Compensation structures and salary benchmarking
- Incentive and bonus design
- Benefits and reward frameworks
- Executive reward and remuneration
- Reward transformation and governance
- Pay equity and broader reward matters
- Leading client engagements and managing projects
- Developing senior client relationships
- Supporting business development and proposals
- Coaching and developing junior members of the team
About You
We are looking for someone with a minimum of approximately 6–10 years’ experience within reward, ideally with broad technical knowledge rather than experience focused solely on one area.
You may currently be operating at Senior Manager, Principal, Associate Director, Principal Consultant or experienced Senior Consultant level, or an equivalent position.
Previous consultancy experience is essential. You do not necessarily need to be working for a consultancy currently; we are equally interested in candidates who have subsequently moved in-house, provided you have previously gained substantial reward consulting experience within a leading consultancy.
You should also have:
- Strong technical knowledge across broader reward
- Some executive compensation experience would be advantageous, but is not essential
- Experience managing complex reward projects
- Confidence working directly with senior clients and stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills
