Insolvency Manager / Assistant Manager – Court Work & Insolvency Appointments | Essex
I’m currently working with an established insolvency practice in Essex that is looking to strengthen its Court Work & Insolvency Appointments team , with opportunities available at both Assistant Manager and Manager level .
The team handles a varied portfolio of insolvency appointments, with a strong focus on personal insolvency and bankruptcies , alongside corporate appointments.
The role
Manage and administer a portfolio of insolvency appointments from inception through to completion
Primarily focused on bankruptcy appointments , with an approximate 70/30 split between personal and corporate insolvency
Take responsibility for your own caseload, typically around 30 cases , increasing to approximately 50 during busier periods
Work closely with colleagues across the wider insolvency team
At Manager level, take responsibility for overseeing cases and supporting the development of more junior members of the team
What they’re looking for
Insolvency experience within a practice environment
Experience managing insolvency appointments and a good understanding of court work
CPI or CII qualification required at Manager level
The ability to manage a varied caseload independently
Strong communication and organisational skills
