- Reports To: Contracts Manager
- Location: Based in Bristol with projects across the UK (Travel Required)
- Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
- Salary: Starting salary of £55,500
- Schedule: The role is primarily Monday to Friday, though occasional weekend work may be required in line with project deadlines or site schedules
- Licence/Certification: SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (required) & Full Driving Licence
What You Will Be Doing
- Running day-to-day site operations from start to finish
- Managing subcontractors, materials and timelines
- Ensuring Health & Safety compliance at all times
- Making fast, confident decisions when challenges arise
- Keeping all paperwork (site diaries, snag lists, variations) up to date
- Reporting progress and issues to the Contracts Manager
- Representing the company on site in a professional, approachable way
What You Will Need
- Proven experience managing hospitality, pub and bar fit-outs
- SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold) and First Aid
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to travel nationwide and stay overnight as required
- Commercial awareness and hands-on problem-solving
Bonus If You Have
- Joinery or shopfitting background
- Experience on live pub refurbishments
- Familiarity with digital and Site Management tools
