Job Summary. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Leasing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing rental properties, conducting viewings, generating new leads, and ensuring tenant satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the local rental market, and the ability to build relationships with property owners and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Rental Management:
- Oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in.
- Handle tenant screening, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out inspections.
- Address tenant concerns, maintenance requests, and lease renewals.
- Ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
- Property Viewings & Tenant Acquisition:
- Schedule and conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
- Effectively market available rental properties through online listings, social media, and networking.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into signed leases.
- Lead Generation & Business Growth:
- Proactively seek new rental listings by networking with property owners and landlords.
- Develop strategies to attract new clients (both landlords and tenants).
- Maintain a database of leads and track progress in CRM software.
- Administrative & Financial Duties:
- Collect rent payments and ensure timely deposits.
- Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, and property conditions.
- Assist with marketing efforts, including photography, virtual tours, and property advertisements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in property management, real estate leasing, or sales is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the local rental market and real estate laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently.
- Proficiency in real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM tools) is a plus.
- Valid driverβs license and reliable transportation (for property viewings).
