The Harvey Norman Liverpool Audio Visual Team is seeking a passionate, customer service-focused Salesperson to join them in delivering Great Service, Always! to their customers.
As a Salesperson, you will have an understanding of home solutions and a desire to find the best outcomes for our customers.
To be successful, you must:
· Have a passion for retail
· Be highly motivated and results-driven with outstanding customer service and communication skills
· Enjoy working in a team environment
Requirements:
· Experience in or ability to work in a customer-focused, successful retail environment
· Knowledge of Audio Visual products such as TVs, PVRs, and Home Theatre Systems to support customer queries
· Ability to service customers while managing work tasks around their needs
· Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer-focused problem solving
· Experience resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure customer satisfaction
· Passion to exceed individual and store sales targets
