Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage commercial accounts with schools, SMEs, corporates, and trades
  • Drive profitable sales growth – achieving revenue targets and maintaining healthy net margins
  • Oversee sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting using Harvey Norman systems
  • Collaborate with suppliers and OEM partners to maximise promotional and incentive opportunities
  • Provide customer-first service to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in technology, mobility, or commercial sales leadership
  • Strong knowledge of computing, mobile, networking, and emerging tech solutions
  • Experience in building and growing commercial accounts
  • Ability to lead by example and foster a high-performance, accountable team culture
  • Strong commercial awareness: understanding the balance of margin vs. revenue
  • Professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first mindset
  • Resilience, urgency, and drive to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment
