As a Team Manager, you will be the customer face of your area with a visible presence on the shop floor, leading your teams to deliver excellence. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the team to achieve or surpass financial targets and KPIs
  2. Maintaining excellent product knowledge, staying aware of competitors, and keeping up with fashion trends and styling
  3. Developing relationships with brands and buyers to enhance product knowledge
  4. Ensuring the team maintains exceptional product knowledge, competition awareness, and stays up-to-date with fashion trends and styling
  5. Leading and monitoring the execution of clientelling activities in line with store priorities and coaching the team accordingly
  6. Managing and developing relationships with Concessions, Brand Partners, and Area Managers to drive performance and support growth
  7. Leading and coaching the team to deliver an exceptional client experience
