Harvey Nichols is seeking a Team Manager to join our Beauty Department in Knightsbridge, a destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge fashion. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high-end accessories brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.
As the Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, people management, and overall performance of the Beauty department. You will:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and embody the Harvey Nichols brand values.
- Drive sales performance, setting clear targets and KPIs, and ensuring the team consistently achieves commercial goals.
