Overview
Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a temporary Stylist Club Assistant to join its Personal Shopping department in Knightsbridge. The Stylist Club Assistant\’s role is to deliver a top-tier luxury experience and provide support to the wider styling team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-forward environment and is passionate about providing exceptional support to our stylists and clients. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, managing logistics, and maintaining a high standard of service across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Support stylists in preparing for appointments, fittings, and client sessions
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and coordination of stylist materials
- Ensure the styling space is well-organised, clean, and client-ready at all times
- Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and clients, both in person and via email or phone
- Assist with product pulls, returns, and administrative tasks as needed
