Harvey Nichols is seeking a Stylist Club Assistant to join our team in Knightsbridge, a global destination for modern luxury and cutting‐edge style. As the home of the world\'s most sought‐after fashion brands, our Stylist Club plays a pivotal role in driving client acquisition, nurturing elite relationships, and delivering the best private shopping experience in the world.

About The RoleAs our Stylist Club Assistant, you will take ownership of acquiring, developing, and retaining external stylists, concierge partners, and affiliates, driving both revenue and long‐term loyalty in line with business KPIs. You will be responsible for:

Proactively acquiring new external stylists, concierge partners, and affiliates by pitching and positioning the Stylist Club Programme

Re‐engaging former or lapsed stylists and introducing new potential stylists to the service

Networking to build strong brand and stylist connections, identifying new business opportunities

Utilising internal tools and data to drive revenue growth and strategic account expansion

Developing and cultivating strong end‐to‐end relationships, ensuring a seamless and bespoke experience

Meeting and exceeding monthly retention and growth KPIs

Building quarterly development plans for client profiles in partnership with your Line Manager and owning their execution

Driving loyalty through engagement initiatives including private shopping appointments, store visits, brand events, and hosted experiences

Providing expert cross‐category advice by collaborating with retail and central teams

Communicating new product launches, events, styled edits, newsletters, CRM activations, and loyalty initiatives effectively and creatively

Managing Stylist Club terms and conditions and overseeing monthly commission processes in partnership with admin teams

Protecting margin while maximising both your own sales and your stylists\' overall sales performance year on year

Demonstrating strong brand acumen and exceptional storytelling ability

Presenting product confidently and curating environments tailored to client briefs

Maintaining excellent calendar and time management

Upholding visual, operational, and back‐of‐house standards

Managing stock movement efficiently and ensuring swift return to the shop floor

Handling client data compliantly and maintaining accurate records on company systems

Managing consignment conversions and escalating where necessary

Maintaining thorough knowledge of support services such as alterations and despatch

Acting as an ambassador and mentor to junior Stylist Club team members

Coaching on store procedures, till systems, product knowledge, and Stylist Club standards

Engaging in smart delegation when working alongside sales support and consultant teams

Build strong cross‐functional relationships across retail and central teams

Through exceptional service and operational excellence, you will exceed personal sales targets while contributing to company sales performance and client retention KPIs.
