Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Stock Movement Assistant to join our Bristol store. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you.

As the new Stock Movement Assistant, you will work 22.5 hours a week on a rota basis, including some weekends. The rate of pay for this role is £12.55 per hour.

About the role…

As Stock Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service at all times.
  • Arranging and receiving deliveries, including postal and warehouse deliveries.
  • Following all procedures and completing necessary paperwork related to deliveries, stock, and post.
  • Distributing deliveries, post, and received items to the correct departments in a timely manner.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of operational procedures in stockrooms and the loading bay.
  • Maintaining safety standards and adhering to store Health & Safety regulations.
  • Being aware of store security procedures and carrying out stock checks as requested.
