Harvey Nichols is seeking a new Stock and Multichannel Assistant to join the team in our Edinburgh store. About The Role
- Stock & Inventory Management
- Support daily stock operations including goods receipt, discrepancy checks, cycle counts, and stock investigations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and trackers, supporting reticketing, markdown prep, and stockroom optimisation.
- Identify and report damaged or irregular stock.
- Multichannel Operations
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch orders, meeting KPIs and same‑day targets where required.
- Manage Collect‑in‑Store processes and escalate overdue orders.
- Keep multichannel areas tidy and organised, returning equipment properly.
- Retail Operations
- Ensure all stock handling, transfers, and returns follow company standards.
- Monitor deliveries, update trackers, and support store-to-store transfers.
- Uphold product care guidelines and follow escalation procedures.
