About the roleβ¦ The Social Media Executive will work within the guidelines of the Harvey Nichols social media strategy, creating and uploading engaging social-first content. The long-term goal is to nurture and grow our social media channels by improving engagement and reach, as well as expanding into new platforms. Work with the Social Media Manager to deliver our social media strategy, outlining the channels and approach for each, in a way that is unique and differentiated in the market. Generate social-specific content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including video, stills, and stories. Collaborate with regional teams to gather content for stores, brief in content timely, and ensure regional store presence on main channels. Support in writing creative briefs for social content, reflecting business priorities, key brands, and products. Manage content scheduling for your focus category (Menswear) using Sprinklr across Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Assist with calendar planning, supporting requests from all departments to ensure timely posting. Create social-first content, including filming for Instagram reels, videos, and TikTok, reacting swiftly to trends with Harvey Nichols\’ tone of voice. Source high-quality user-generated content and brand imagery weekly for social media use. Coordinate with Creative Content team and Social Media Manager to ensure content aligns with brand vision and maintains HN authority. Work with the Creative Content team to meet social asset deadlines. Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure success and review new initiatives\’ effectiveness. Stay updated on social media trends, updates, and opportunities across platforms. Is this you?
