Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Senior Client Advisor to join its thriving Beautydepartment in Bristol. The Senior Client Advisor’s role is to provide a world-class luxury customer experience to your customers. You will offer your customers an exceptional and unique service, fostering a customer-first, clientelling-led environment to achieve your budget and targets.
You will be the customer face to your clients, developing and building long-lasting client relationships that return week after week.

About the role…
As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion and beauty dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
- Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, stay aware of competitors, and keep up with beauty trends and styling
- Develop relationships with brands and buyers to develop exceptional product knowledge
- Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales and delivering memorable clientelling led customer experiences
- Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department
- Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it, supporting and mentoring them
- Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
