OXO Tower Restaurant is seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie to join our acclaimed kitchen team on London’s South Bank. Perched above the River Thames with panoramic views of London’s skyline, OXO Tower Restaurant is celebrated for its modern British cuisine, seasonal ingredients, and vibrant dining experience. As Senior Chef de Partie for the restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering the exceptional standards and creativity our guests expect.
About the role
- Work closely with our Head Chef and Sous Chef to produce beautifully presented, seasonally driven dishes that showcase modern British cooking at its finest.
- Take ownership of your section during preparation and service, ensuring every plate leaving the kitchen reflects precision, flavour, and consistency.
- Support the leadership of junior chefs and commis, sharing knowledge and maintaining a collaborative, high-performance kitchen environment.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge and refined technical ability, handling premium ingredients with care and attention.
- Maintain outstanding standards of hygiene, food safety, and organisation, ensuring your section is always service-ready.
- Deliver well-prepared mise en place to support smooth, efficient service across both busy lunch services and energetic evening sittings.
- Contribute ideas and enthusiasm to menu development, bringing creativity and passion to the brigade.
