If yes, we may have the job for you. Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Receptionist to join its thriving hospitality team in the Fourth Floor Brasserie in Leeds. As the new Receptionist, you will work 40 hours a week in our Brasserie.

About the role: As a receptionist, you will be welcoming our customers and making their experience with Harvey Nichols memorable, providing a 5-star service. You will:

  • Work with the receptionist team to ensure smooth running of all functions.
  • Support the Brasserie manager and duty manager in the operation.
  • Allocate tables in the most efficient way to maximise bookings.
  • Greet customers in a polite and efficient manner.

Flexibility is a must; hospitality service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
