Harvey Nichols is seeking a Press & Marketing Executive - Fashion & Beauty to join our Head Office team in Knightsbridge. This is your opportunity to shape impactful campaigns, build influential media relationships, and elevate the Harvey Nichols brand within the beauty and fashion industries. FTC role for nine months covering a maternity leave.
About the role
As our new Press & Marketing Executive - Fashion & Beauty, you will play a key role in bringing the Harvey Nichols brand to life. Blending creative marketing with strategic PR, you will support the delivery of high-impact campaigns, drive editorial coverage, and create meaningful connections with our audience.
- Support the delivery of integrated press and marketing communication plans aligned with brand objectives, exploring innovative ways to engage beauty and fashion consumers.
- Monitor campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations to inform future activity.
- Assist in building and maintaining annual Marketing and PR calendars in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of beauty and fashion promotions, including key initiatives such as the HN Beauty GWP.
- Help manage campaign budgets, tracking spend and highlighting risks or opportunities.
- Proactively drive editorial coverage across key media platforms, building and maintaining strong relationships with press contacts.
- Manage press requests, ensuring timely delivery of imagery, quotes, and information.
- Draft press releases in line with the Harvey Nichols tone of voice.
- Coordinate in-store activity including filming, photography, and press appointments.
- Support the planning and execution of press and customer events to enhance brand awareness and engagement.

- Have you gained experience in Beauty and/or Fashion Marketing or PR, with a track record of delivering impactful campaigns?
- Are you highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines?
- Do you excel at building and maintaining strong relationships?
- Can you analyse campaign performance and turn insights into actionable insights?
- Do you have a creative mindset, an eye for detail, and a passion for the industry?
- Are you confident working with budgets, reporting tools, and standard marketing platforms?
About your experience
- Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Experience executing successful marketing and/or PR campaigns.
- Strong numerical skills for budget management and sales analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent administrative and presentation skills.
- Luxury sector experience is desirable.
