About the role:
Work with autonomy and take an entrepreneurial approach to managing your private client books. We encourage a holistic, personalized relationship with clients, ensuring the service is tailored to their needs. Through excellent service and engagement, you will exceed your personal sales targets, company sales targets, and client retention KPIs.
What you will be doing:
- Build Harvey Nichols' Personal Shopping client base by establishing and nurturing relationships, re-engaging with former clients, and introducing new clients to our service.
- Focus on both local and global clients to meet their unique needs.
- Organize and host engagement activities such as private shopping appointments, store visits, brand events, and meals.
- Provide expert advice across all product categories and sales channels, collaborating with retail and DC teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Communicate new CRM or Loyalty activations to clients.
- Maximize your sales and your clients' engagement with Harvey Nichols, focusing on protecting margins and growing year on year.
- Maintain client data responsibly, ensuring compliance with data handling policies using Harvey Nichols' systems.
- Host appointments with prospective clients, follow up appropriately, and support marketing initiatives by providing client feedback.
- Represent Personal Shopping at external events, including guest speaking, pop-up sales, and clienteling, acting as a Brand Ambassador.
- Manage stock movement efficiently to maximize sales and maintain department organization.
- Flexibility is required; you will work weekends and evenings.
