About the role…
This will be a highly demanding role, working in a fast-paced online environment, focusing on supporting the trading team in delivering online trade across product, search and merchandising online for all Online Trading Assistant duties will include overseeing the enrichment process of all products, daily operations of the product cycle from Studio to Live, Visual Merchandising, and supporting with reporting & analytics when needed.
You will:
- Management of the products in the PIM, including categorisation and enrichment.
- Oversee daily product upload process, sign off and release from PIM to the site.
- Maintenance of the product loading schedule and % of range online status.
- Prioritisation of key brands and products based on marketing and launch calendar.
- Work with the size and fit team where appropriate to enrich products in PIM.
- Work with studio team to ensure all products have the correct photography before being released to the site.
- Creation of new categories for editorial stories and CLP/landing pages.
- Restriction of products or brands by regions where appropriate.
- Works with the Customer Service team to resolve any customer issues caused by product data or imagery.
- Support on projects to improve the product enrichment and go live process.
- Daily checks across the site for product availability and any inconsistencies.
- Visual Merchandising, Search and Filtering, utilising Fredhopper for all products in your categories to optimise performance.
- Support with product selection and optimised customer journeys for emails, editorial content and CRM to maximise results.
- Support Online Trading Manager with weekly category trade reporting.
- Using GA and Content Square to analyse category performance, sharing insights and actions to further improve category and site performance.
- Monitor competitors for; promotional activity, brand mix, pricing, and merchandising

- Must be detail-orientated, deadline driven, and able to multi-task with solid organisational skills.
