Harvey Nichols is looking for a talented, proactive and detail-driven Midweight Designer to join our creative team at Head Office – the home of modern luxury, innovative design, and the world’s most desirable brands. If you’re passionate about visual storytelling, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to shape the creative expression of an iconic luxury retailer, this could be the perfect next step in your design career.
As a Midweight Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Harvey Nichols brand to life across multiple touchpoints. Working closely with the wider creative, marketing and buying teams, you’ll help deliver compelling, on-brand design that elevates our customer experience both online and in-store.
In This Role, You Will:
- Design and deliver creative assets across print and digital channels, including campaigns, emails, social media, paid media, POS, packaging and in-store communications.
- Interpret briefs and translate concepts into high-quality, engaging design solutions that align with the Harvey Nichols brand identity.
- Support the development of seasonal campaigns and brand storytelling across multiple categories.
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, buyers and external partners to ensure creative consistency and commercial impact.
- Take ownership of projects from concept through to final artwork, managing multiple deadlines with precision.
- Maintain and apply brand guidelines while contributing fresh ideas and creative innovation.
- Prepare artwork for production, liaising with printers and suppliers to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Review and amend designs based on feedback, ensuring a high standard of finish and attention to detail.
- Stay up to date with design trends, luxury retail aesthetics and competitor activity to keep our creative output relevant and inspiring.
- Support junior designers where required and contribute positively to the wider creative team.
Is This You?
We’re looking for a confident designer who combines creativity with organisation and commercial awareness. Do you have solid experience as a designer, ideally within fashion, retail or a luxury brand? Are you highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)?
