Harvey Nichols is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our Menswear Department in Knightsbridge. A destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge fashion, Harvey Nichols curates an edit of the world’s most iconic and emerging designers. About the role… As our new Sales Manager, you’ll be the visible leader on the shop floor - empowering your team to deliver a 5* luxury experience at every touchpoint. You’ll set the tone for exceptional service, clientelling, and performance, ensuring your floor embodies the style, energy, and excellence that Harvey Nichols is known for.
You will:
- Lead and motivate your team to consistently exceed sales, service, and clientelling targets
- Champion a culture of personalised service and luxury storytelling, ensuring every client feels seen, understood, and inspired
- Stay ahead of fashion trends, seasonal collections, and key designers to ensure your team delivers expert styling advice
- Collaborate closely with Brand Partners, Concession Managers, and Head Office teams to maximise performance and business opportunities
- Drive operational excellence, maintaining immaculate presentation and ensuring all security, health & safety, and store standards are met
- Identify and develop talent within your team, promoting continuous learning, growth, and succession planning
