Responsibilities
- As our new Senior Client Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them explore collections and discover pieces that empower their individual style.
- You’ll deliver an exceptional and enjoyable 5* experience by:
- Guiding clients through our exclusive collections, from ready-to-wear and accessories to footwear and seasonal trends.
- Using your expert styling knowledge to offer tailored advice and create personalised looks for every occasion.
- Building and maintaining authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring an elevated experience at every touchpoint.
- Staying ahead of the latest fashion trends, designers, and runway innovations to inspire and inform clients.
- Maintaining immaculate presentation across the shop floor and ensuring collections are displayed to the highest standard.
- Being flexible and available when our clients need you most, including evenings and weekends.
