Harvey Nichols is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Accessories Department in Manchester, a destination for modern luxury and cutting‑edge design. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high‑end accessories brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.

About the role

As the new Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:

  • Guide clients through our curated collections and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of luxury accessories and fashion.
  • Build and maintain genuine, long‑lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints.
  • Stay ahead of trends in accessories, leather goods, and emerging designers.
  • Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium products, including handbags, footwear, and small leather goods.
  • Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends.
