About The Role…

As our new Senior Client Advisor, you\’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them explore collections and discover pieces that empower their individual style. You\’ll deliver an exceptional and enjoyable 5* experience by:

Guiding clients through our exclusive collections, from ready-to-wear, accessories, footwear and seasonal trendsUsing your expert styling knowledge to offer tailored advice and create personalised looks for every occasionBuilding and maintaining authentic, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring an elevated experience at every touchpointStaying ahead of the latest fashion trends, designers, and runway innovations to inspire and inform clientsMaintaining immaculate presentation across the shop floor and ensuring collections are displayed to the highest standardBeing flexible and available when our clients need you most, including evenings and weekends
