Harvey Nichols is looking for a passionate and personable Client Advisor to join our Beauty team in Knightsbridge, one of the world’s most iconic destinations for luxury retail. About the Role… As our new Beauty Client Advisor, you will be the face of luxury beauty, helping clients discover products, routines, and fragrances that inspire confidence and elevate their everyday rituals. Combining your passion for beauty with outstanding service, you will create memorable experiences that keep clients coming back.
- Deliver a personalised and engaging 5-star client experience, making every interaction feel special and tailored.
- Share your expertise across luxury skincare, fragrance, and beauty, guiding clients to products that suit their individual needs and lifestyle.
- Build genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their trusted beauty advisor.
- Work closely with prestigious brands including Crème de la Mer, Tom Ford Beauty, Le Labo, and other leading names within the luxury beauty industry.
- Stay ahead of the latest beauty trends, skincare innovations, product launches, and fragrance collections.
- Drive client loyalty through exceptional service, expert recommendations, and proactive clientelling.
