Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Beauty Butterfly to join its thriving Beauty department in London – Knightsbridge. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you.
As the new Beauty Butterfly, you will work 40 hours a week in our flagship store.

You will:
- Show passion for our store, its products and services, demonstrating a genuine interest in Beauty
- Be devoted to our customers by providing the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and over the phone or email
- Manage a VIP client list, creating and developing relationships along the way
- Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales and delivering memorable customer experiences
- Be creative and come up with new and innovative ideas
