OXO Tower Brasserie is seeking a reliable and energetic Bar Back to join our dynamic front-of-house team on London’s South Bank. Set within the iconic OXO Tower with stunning views across the River Thames, OXO Brasserie is known for its lively atmosphere, exceptional service, and high-quality drinks offering. As Bar Back, you will play a key supporting role in ensuring the bar operates smoothly and efficiently during service.

About the role:

  • Support the bar team by ensuring all areas are fully stocked, clean, and organised before, during, and after service.
  • Prepare and replenish bar ingredients, including garnishes, glassware, ice, and spirits, to maintain seamless service flow.
  • Assist bartenders with basic drink preparation and service, ensuring speed and efficiency at all times.
  • Maintain cleanliness across the bar area, adhering to strict hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Handle deliveries and restock inventory, ensuring all products are stored correctly and rotated where necessary.
  • Collect and clean glassware promptly to keep up with the demands of a busy service.
  • Work closely with bartenders and floor staff to ensure excellent guest experience through efficient support.
  • Remain proactive and responsive during busy periods, anticipating the needs of the bar team.
  • Show flexibility and commitment to the demands of a fast-paced hospitality environment, including evenings and weekends.
