Harvey Nichols is searching for a new Restaurant Manager to join the team in Edinburgh. As Restaurant Manager, you'll oversee the daily operation of the Brasserie and Bars, ensuring flawless service and consistently excellent guest experiences. Reporting to the Hospitality Manager, you'll lead your team, elevate standards, and support the overall success of the department.

About the role:

  • Drive the commercial performance of the restaurant and bars
  • Plan and analyse sales, profitability, and weekly reports
  • Lead marketing initiatives, events, and promotional activity
  • Develop sales, profit and people plans for the department
  • Partner closely with the Head Chef on menus and service delivery
  • Oversee smooth daily operations across kitchen, bar and floor teams
  • Recruit, train, motivate and inspire your team
  • Manage guest feedback, reservations and service standards
  • Maintain exceptional levels of hygiene, safety, and quality
  • Monitor stock, place orders and prepare for the weeks ahead
