Harvey Nichols is seeking a Team Manager to join our Accessories Department in Leeds on a fixed term basis as Maternity Cover. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high-end accessories brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.
About The Role
As the Team Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations, people management, and overall performance of the Accessories department. You will:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and embody the Harvey Nichols brand values.
- Drive sales performance, setting clear targets and KPIs, and ensuring the team consistently achieves commercial goals.
- Coach and develop team members, identifying individual strengths and opportunities for growth through regular feedback, training, and mentoring.
- Oversee client experience, ensuring every guest receives a warm, memorable, and personalised interaction that reflects our luxury positioning.
- Champion visual merchandising standards, ensuring the space always reflects our refined, modern aesthetic and aligns with brand guidelines.
- Analyse sales and performance data to identify trends and opportunities, implementing strategic initiatives to maximise profitability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with visual, marketing, and buying teams to support new launches, activations, and in-store events.
