Harvey Nichols is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Womenswear Department in Leeds, a destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge design. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high-end womenswear brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.
About The Role
As the new Womenswear Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
- Guide clients through our curated collections and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of Womenswear fashion
- Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints
- Stay ahead of trends in Womenswear, tailoring, and emerging designers
- Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium garments and accessories
- Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends. This is a part time role, working 3 days a week across our opening hours.
