Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Junior Sous Chef to join its thriving Hospitality team in London - Knightsbridge. Our culture is based on inclusivity; we embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you.

About the role…
As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be helping prepare beverages for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:
- Provide ideas and prepare great food not only for our customers but ensure the team members are also following those skills.
- Support daily delegation of duties.
- Maximise sales by making informed recommendations and suggestions to the head chef.
- Support the smooth running of a section.
- Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene, health and safety in your area.
