- Work with GXO daily to answer operational queries and refine distribution center (DC) processes.
- Support Continuous Improvement (CI) workstreams, providing data, insight, and operational coordination.
- Collaborate with store teams and Customer Services to resolve logistic-related queries and refine cross‑functional processes.
- Audit DC processes regularly to ensure process adherence and compliance with quality standards.
- Analyze carrier contract performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Support issue resolution across inbound, outbound, and carrier-related workflows.
