As the new Fulfilment Assistant Manager, you will work 40 hours a week in our flagship store. You will:
- Assist with recruitment and selection methods according to the staffing requirements of the department.
- Ensure that productivity levels are optimised at all times and that there is maximum departmental coverage.
- Instigate and maintain high morale, motivation and team spirit, recognising outstanding performance and contribution to team objectives.
- Devise and implement methods to ensure this.
- Ensure that all staff understand and adhere to security and store regulations and procedures related to them.
- Ensure the satisfaction of all customers by ensuring that prompt, courteous and efficient service is always given by the Front of House team.
- Actively champion exceptional customer service through customer feedback, observations and review service standards identifying areas for improvement.
- Communicate regularly and effectively with the CSC team as well as liaising directly with customers to create a seamless collection experience.
- Oversee the team to ensure store returns are compliant and returned to the warehouse within KPI and that emails are being responded to efficiently.
- Oversee the team to ensure Picks and ITRs are processed within KPI.
- Ensure that the team are managing the demand on packaging and consumables.
- Ensure that the Collect In Store team have required understanding of packaging guidelines so that all items are packaged to the highest specification dependent on delivery type.
- Update team on changes in Store Fulfilment and Mail Order policy and procedures by distributing the PPP documentation.
- Manage the CIS team so that regular audits are carried out on customer orders and that orders are displayed effectively to achieve the fastest potential service.
- Work closely with technical teams at all levels of the business using strong communication skills to influence decisions in business strategies.
- Work with the store team assistant managers to drive and promote the Multichannel initiative as defined by the Multichannel and Group Directors.
