About the role… As the new Womenswear Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
- Guide clients through our curated collections and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of Womenswear fashion
- Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints
- Stay ahead of trends in Womenswear, tailoring, trends and emerging designers
- Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium garments and accessories
