CRM Assistant – Harvey Nichols
Join to apply for the CRM Assistant role at Harvey Nichols. This position is based in London – Knightsbridge and supports the Group CRM Manager and the wider CRM & Loyalty team in building and deploying targeted email and push campaigns.

Responsibilities
- Build and schedule email, SMS and push campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Wunderkind.
- Maintain the CRM campaign calendar and briefs, ensuring all activity is planned, documented and communicated effectively to stakeholders.
- Create and manage audience segments in Salesforce Data Cloud to support targeted campaign execution.
- Conduct basic analysis of email and channel performance, tracking KPIs such as open rates, click rates and conversion rates.
- Provide administrative support for wider CRM projects, including testing to identify opportunities for improving engagement and revenue.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, email marketing and CRM best practices.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics is desirable.
- Experience in CRM, digital marketing or related fields (internships/placements considered) desirable.
