About the role
As a Commis Chef, you will be helping prepare food for our customers and make their eating experience with us a memorable 5* experience. You will:
- Work underneath one of our experienced chefs to support the kitchen team.
- Prepare all the ingredients for our fine dining menus.
- Operate all the kitchen equipment needed to deliver great food experiences for our customers.
- Show we are obsessed with customer and colleague experience and service by maintaining a high standard of hygiene, health and safety.
- Develop a high level of food knowledge.
- Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it.
- Flexibility is a must; hospitality service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
