Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Client Advisor to join its thriving Perfumery department in Birmingham. The Client Advisor’s role is to deliver a top-tier luxury customer experience. You will provide exceptional and personalised service, creating a customer-first environment developing and nurturing long-lasting relationships.

About the role…
- As a Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience.
- Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints
- Maintain excellent product knowledge, stay aware of competitors, and keep up with fashion trends and new product launches
- Provide expert advice whilst achieving maximum sales and delivering memorable clientelling led customer experiences
- Show we are obsessed with style by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department
- Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
- Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
