Harvey Nichols is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Beauty Department in Edinburgh, a destination for modern luxury and cutting-edge design. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of exciting high-end beauty brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.
As the new Beauty Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
- Guide clients through our curated collection of brands and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of luxury beauty and perfumery.
- Build and maintain genuine, long-lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints.
