Luxury department store Harvey Nichols is seeking an exceptional Waiter / Waitress to join the team in Bristol. This is a full time position, working 42 hours a week across our opening hours.
About the role
As Waiter / Waitress, you will be a key ambassador of our brand, ensuring that every guest receives intuitive, seamless, and truly exceptional service from arrival to departure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide our customers with outstanding customer service skills.
- Serve amazing food and beverages to our customers and give them an outstanding experience from the moment they sit down.
- Develop your knowledge of our menu, lists and products and keep up to date with the latest trends.
