Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols is searching for a new Sales Consultant to join its thriving Food Market located on our busy ground floor. Our culture is based on inclusivity; We embrace diversity. Whoever you are, Harvey Nichols has a place for you.
- Provide expert advice on our Foodmarket or wine shop products whilst achieving maximum sales, delivering memorable customer experiences.
- Be devoted to our customers by providing them the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and via telephone or email.
- Show we are obsessed with luxury food by maintaining a high standard of presentation and merchandising of products in your department.
- Handle all points of sales transactions and cashier work.
- Develop a high level of product knowledge and share your opinions on current and future trends.
- Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it.
- You will be required to work weekends and evenings.
