Harvey Nichols is seeking a Client Advisor to join our Menswear Department in Bristol, a destination for modern luxury and cutting‑edge design. This is your opportunity to represent a curated selection of high‑end menswear brands and deliver a bespoke experience to a discerning clientele.
About the role
As the new Menswear Client Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their style aspirations a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:
- Guide clients through our curated collections and use your expertise to immerse them in the world of menswear and fashion.
- Build and maintain genuine, long‑lasting client relationships, providing an exceptional client experience at all touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of trends in menswear, tailoring, and emerging designers.
- Ensure immaculate presentation and secure handling of premium garments and accessories.
- Demonstrate flexibility; our clients expect exceptional service whenever inspiration strikes, including evenings and weekends.
This is a part time position, working 22.5 hours a week across three days.
