Luxury department store Harvey Nichols is searching for a Brand Manager for Ralph Lauren to join the Menswear department in our Edinburgh store.
As Brand Manager for Ralph Lauren, you will partner closely with the Menswear Team Manager and the brand to deliver outstanding results, building a strong client base through the highest possible standards of customer service, and promoting the brand’s presence within the store.
Be the ultimate ambassador for Ralph Lauren, ensuring our space reflects the brand and offers customers an elevated shopping experience. Collaborate across teams - Line Managers, Buying & Merchandising, Personal Shopping - to maximise sales. Provide accurate trade reports on performance to the brand, Line Managers, and Buying Team, while supporting inventory accuracy. Maintain visual merchandising standards and showcase new collections in line with the brand’s vision. Live the brand: share product knowledge, celebrate success, and uphold company standards.
