We have an exciting opportunity to join our Edinburgh team as a Brand Manager for Moncler. In this role, you would be responsible for maximizing sales and brand performance. This is a permanent position, working across our Womenswear and Menswear departments. The position is full time, working 37.5 hours a week, including some weekends and evenings.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the new Moncler brand ambassador team to deliver excellence in customer service, managing and motivating the team to deliver sales, controlling stock integrity, and embracing the Brand Values and Service Standards.

What you will be doing:
- Liaising regularly with Line Managers, Buying and Merchandising, Personal Shopping Department and Brand contacts to ensure the area fully represents the brand in order to maximise sales
- Achieving excellent individual results and actively contributing to the achievement of collective objectives by identifying clear priorities and setting up common objectives
- Providing regular brand trade reports to supplier, Line managers and Buying Team
- Ensuring the proper execution of administrative activities
- Participating and ensuring the proper completion of inventories
- Continuously ensuring compliance with company rules, procedures and standards within the store
- Playing the role of Brand Ambassador for Maison Moncler
- Ensuring the quality of the display and visual merchandising standards according to the recommendations received
- Developing and deploying in-depth knowledge of the products and collections
- Ensuring the promotion of the new collections and the characteristics of our products
- Working closely with your team and celebrating fabulousness wherever you see it
Skills and experience you need:
- Experience in a supervisory or managerial role is desirable
- A high level of brand awareness and product knowledge would also be beneficial
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
