If YES, we may have the role for you… Luxury department store, Harvey Nichols, is searching for a new Brand Consultant to join its thriving Moncler concession in our Edinburgh store. As the new Brand Consultant, you will work 24 hours a week on a rota basis in our Edinburgh store.

About the role… As a Brand Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and make their fashion dreams a reality, providing a fun and enjoyable 5* experience. You will:

  • Provide expert style advice about your brand to our customers
  • Deliver a memorable 5* customer experience
  • Be a proud ambassador for the brand and maximize sales to our customers
  • Ensure your department looks amazing and is merchandised well
  • Know everything about your brand and share your thoughts on current/future trends
  • Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
  • Be flexible; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
